3patte Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3patte ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in to your existing 3patte account, or accessing any part of the 3patte website or its services, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

3patte reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of 3patte following notification of any amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

By creating a 3patte account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• You are using 3patte solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person;
• You have verified that participation in online gaming or sports betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where such activity is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3patte reserves the right to request identity documents to verify age and eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access 3patte services, you must register a single personal account using accurate, current, and complete information. You may only hold one active account on 3patte. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your 3patte account – including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – is your sole responsibility. You must notify 3patte immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

3patte may, at its discretion or as required by its operating framework, request identity verification documents ("KYC") including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a condition of processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 3patte account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times and completion of any pending KYC requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

3patte accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Online, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your 3patte wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to your registered and verified PKR payment method. 3patte targets processing of withdrawal requests within standard business timeframes, though actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider. 3patte reserves the right to conduct additional verification before releasing withdrawal funds.

4.3 Currency

All 3patte account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3patte does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by 3patte are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution weights, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• 3patte reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a user from a promotion where misuse or abuse is identified;
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, structured betting, or exploitation of technical errors to gain unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited;
• Where a bonus was awarded in error, 3patte reserves the right to reverse the credit.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 3patte – including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, and other available sports – are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the betting section of the platform. In general:

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body;
• In the event of a PSL match or any other fixture being abandoned or not completed in accordance with minimum play criteria, specific settlement rules will apply;
• 3patte reserves the right to void bets where a pricing error has occurred;
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 3patte does not manipulate game outcomes;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3patte platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 3patte;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits;
• Accessing 3patte from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.

8. Responsible Gaming

3patte is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered users directly from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the 3patte platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be suspended for the nominated period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 3patte content without explicit prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patte shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Losses arising from interrupted access due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by users in reliance on information displayed on the 3patte platform including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

3patte's aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 90-day period preceding the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 3patte is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a 3patte account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, 3patte collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

3patte reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via a prominent notice on the 3patte platform and/or by notification to their registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 3patte's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms – including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination – shall first be referred to 3patte's customer support team for resolution through internal dispute procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within a reasonable timeframe, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under the platform's operating framework. 3patte will provide details of the applicable escalation procedure upon request.
